These types of surgeries cause the body to lose weight quickly, so the skin does not have time to shrink or tone. This can leave excess skin in many body parts affecting the arms, legs, and torso. Full body tucks or tummy tucks are becoming an increasingly popular cosmetic surgery. Large amounts of skin are removed and reformed to a more fitting appearance.
