Intelius CEO’s Charity Efforts

Naveen Jain, the current chief executive officer and co-establisher of Intelius, is spending his extra time for philanthropic work. Named as one of the 400 wealthiest Americans by Forbes in 2000, he is also a recipient of various and distinguished awards like the Albert Einstein Technology Medal, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the WSA Industry Achievement Award.

With all the success he has achieved through his company Intelius Inc, an ID theft prevention and public records online service where he is as well its appointed president, he is just as passionate about his business ventures as he is about his humanitarian efforts.

Naveen sees young people as among the central focus of his work that he takes on any chance accessible in order to help them out. And he is not the only one who is involved in these efforts, for he has brought along his Bellevue, Washington-headquartered business, as well as his family, in his philanthropic endeavors for the community. A few of the institutions they have sponsored are YouthCare, Hopelink, the Seattle Children’s Hospital, the Indian American Education Foundation, and the University of Washington, where they provided a scholarship program for business, engineering and computer science undergraduates.

Since Naveen is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and XLRI in Jamshedpur, India, it comes as no surprise that he is also dedicated to promote and improve education for the youth’s better future. Naveen Jain has supported a wide range of local, state and even national education-centered organizations. Along with his company, they have been contributing to established groups such as United Way, Bellevue Schools Foundation, the Vedic Cultural Center and Child Rights and You (CRY).

In spite of the heavy task Naveen Jain is undertaking just so he and Intelius could help out the community, he is determined to achieve the seemingly unattainable goal of removing a global concern such as poverty and illiteracy.
