I cant believe how bad all of this stuff is that eat like every single day. All the fast food and stuff, I think is starting to kill me. I hate to cook all the time. Actually, I just hate to do all the cleaning up that comes with the cooing job. Another think that I have to worry about is getting all the food that I need to cook. I have to make a list that, that takes time. Then I have to drive to the store, and back home. That does not really matter because I wood have to drive to go out to get food anyway. But then I have to buy all the food that I need to get, and that takes time and money, and I will probably get a bunch of food that I don’t need anyway. The impulse to just grab anything off the shelves that might look good to me at the time is just too much for us to handle. That is watt they call buying too close to the register. Stick to the list and you cant go wrong. After going to the store and looking for your meal, buying it, going home, cooking it, serving it up, cleaning up all the mess and finally your done. When you could just go to the fast food place, get the food, drive home, eat, toss it. That’s all you need to know. It is actually cheaper and faster to get the fast food. The problem is that the food is killing us. We need to have some real, healthy, fast food, if were able to keep our way of living going. If we don’t we are all going to get fat, and live a really unhealthy life.
