If you would like a town that offers you a little of everything, visit Lucca. It is located in Tuscany in central Italy. It has very fertile soil because it is found on brook Serchio, which is present in the Province of Lucca. The many holidays that take place in the city are proof of its great history and cultural aspects. For example, one of the festivals that denote the culture of Luccan residents is the annual Lucca Comics and Games. This festival is supposed to celebrate comics and other famous and upcoming artists within the region.

Famous museum in Lucca include the Nazionale di Palazo Mansi. This building is rich in culture, which began as early as from the 16th Century and stayed all thru to the 19th Century. You will find work by Correggio, Beccfumi and Bronzino through this museum. You may know Bronzino for his work with the Cosimo painting and Corregio is famous for his perception of the Madonna. Any visitors to this museum are certain to gain profound insights into the life of Italy as a country as well as into the lives of the residents of this delightful country. The Nazionale di Palazo Mansi is an example of a monument that is in a position to educate, instill the love for culture, and make a good topic over family dinners. If it is a place you want to experience, it is open to the public, five days a week.

Visit the churches, like the Saint Martino and the Saints Giovanni, and you’ll get to see more famous works of art. Even the church buildings are monuments unto themselves simply because of the amount of time they have existed, the people and events they have seen during these many years. For most residents they offer memories of weddings, baptisms, and even funerals that have been witnessed from generation to generation and as such play a major cultural role within the Lucca community. However, they are also a great reflection of the work of most Italian artists like Jacopo Tintoretto who is feted for his painting of the last dinner and Trono by Ghirlandaio who painted the Madonna masterpiece. Boutique rooms in Lucca can be found inside Hotel Hambros il Parco.
